7000-lumen Widescreen Professional Installation Projector

Overview & Features

MODEL: NP-PX700W2

The 7000-lumen NEC PX700W is a professional installation projector with dual lamps that provide intense light output. The projector’s advanced input panel includes HDMI, DisplayPort, USB viewer and dual computer inputs for quick-switching between presentations. The PX Series features the Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) technology, which is the first industry-wide standardization in option slots to simplify installation, use and maintenance, while offering input flexibility. Its networking capabilities include integrated RJ45, optional high-speed wireless (LAN IEEE 80.11b/g/n) and several Windows networking features. The PX Series features integrated HQV™ technology, a high-performance video processing/scaling system designed for computer signals, standard or high-definition video. Its edge blending functionality enables seamless blending of multiple projected images to display a single high-resolution image, while the lens shift capability provides greater installation flexibility with 50% vertical lens shift and +/- 10% horizontal lens shift.

  • HD/SD SDI input card using OPS technology
  • Stacking correction capabilities (up to four projectors) allows the projectors to boost an image's brightness up to 28,000 lumens
  • Complete line of (6) bayonet-style lenses with built-in lens memory, electronic zoom, focus and lens shift
  • Available as a bundle with lens (NP-PX700W-08ZL)
  • HQV™ technology delivers superior home theater video processing
  • HDMI input connects you to high-definition sources
  • Crestron RoomView Connected™
  • Integrated RJ-45 and/or wireless LAN quickly connects to the LAN for control or image transmission using Windows Network Projector and/or Remote Desktop
  • NaViSet Administrator 2: Free software solution that greatly eases administration and management of larger display device installations

Open Pluggable Specification (OPS)
The first industry-wide standardization in option slots that allows for easier installation, use and maintenance of digital signage
ECO Mode™
Extends lamp life, lowers audible noise and reduces total cost of ownership.
Stacking Capabilities
Allows the projectors to boost an image’s brightness up to 20,000 lumens, which is ideal for larger-sized screens and environments with heavy ambient light. This feature also prevents the complete loss of an image, which can happen when using only one projector.
Advanced AccuBlend™
Ensures detailed images when non-native resolution sources are connected to the projector.
HQV™ Video Processing
A high-performance video processing/scaling system designed for computer signals as well as standard or high-definition video, this technology brings home-theater-quality images to meeting rooms and classrooms using pixel-based, motion-adaptive de-interlacing to remove undesirable motion.
Built-in Wall Color Correction
Presets provide for adaptive color tone correction to display properly on non-white surfaces.
Wireless LAN (Optional)
Allows you to transmit images from a PC wirelessly to the projector, eliminating the need for traditional cumbersome cables.
Windows Remote Desktop
Allows you to control a networked computer by connecting a USB mouse and keyboard directly to the projector’s USB input.
6 Bayonet-Style Lenses
Allows for quick and easy lens exchange. Optional lenses enable the user to determine the appropriate lens to cover projection distances between 2.6 and 179.8 feet.
Windows Networking
Displays multimedia files (.jpeg, .bmp, .png, .mpeg2 or .wmv9) in the Windows shared folder on a local network using the Viewer function—all without bringing your PC into the conference room.
